You know I’ve been thinking… there’s lot’s of different flavors, brands and company’s that produce sourdough cultures. I just had an enlightening conversation with Dr. Ed Wood as he described how he’s created a culture that is pure, no commercial yeast and was collected from all over the world. I realized that his heart and soul has been put into these tasty little starters.
He enjoys knowing that people can bake bread for their friends and family and share the feeling of knowing what people from Poland or Russia experience when sitting around the table sharing and breaking bread. That’s pretty cool!
